Whoever responds to messages on eBay, please get a new position.. responds very late or does not respond at all. Although I needed the part, I decided I would not give them business because why would I? Someone just ignores your questions is very unprofessional. They did refund but if you guys want consumers maybe have better customer service.

I never leave any reviews I have been in communication with a sales person for 3 days super late responses. I called the sales rep on the phone never explained the process . I asked for another image and he said sure seemed like he had no interest in selling me the part or business working there.Do not recommend at all.

I just wanted to say that every time I call this company, they always have exactly what I’m looking for at a wonderful price. Today, they didn’t have an item I needed, but the gentleman who answered went above and beyond—he searched for it online while we were on the phone, found exactly what I needed, and even sent the information straight to my cell phone. Top-notch service ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I highly recommend them to everyone!

My experience was NOT the best. First, I visited their website where you can look up their inventory. I only needed a part for my audio /ac system (basically the knobs that control audio volume and heat/ac buttons) and I found that part on their website for around $95. Their website gives you the option to have the part shipped, etc but I live 10 minutes away so I decided to just take a visit and pickup at the location. Huge mistake! As I stood at the counter, the gentleman asked what I was looking for so I immediately pulled up their website (where I had the part already in my cart) and told him that's what I needed. He looked confused and I was kinda passed off to a young lady that was behind the counter. She was super nice and friendly but again, I showed her the part that I needed on the website and I still felt a little dismissed. Instead of her looking at the part number that I showed her, she started digging through the online inventory, and tried to charge me $187 for two separate parts even though they come together! Absolutely NOT!! The volume knobs and ac controls already come connected with the bezel trim!! I left confused but searched online and ordered the ENTIRE PA
